I’m bringing you another stairs workout today. If you missed the first one you can check it out here. That one is for 45 minutes.
Ok so the workout is below. I made it a click able jpeg so you can print it off and bring it to the gym with you. As noted R stands for regular walking up the stairs and S is for skipping a stair. Make sure to drive all the weight through your heels with each step to engage your glutes. AND, do your best not to hang on to the railings. This ensures you keep all the weight in your glutes and prevents you from putting extra weight on your upper body.
