Happy Fat Tuesday!!

This is a day I have never in my life celebrated, haha!  Usually it entails huge amounts of fattening foods and calorie dense drinks – not to mention, it’s during the work week. <— party pooper?

Apparently it’s a huge day for eating pancakes too (and who doesn’t LOVE those?) so… in case any of you are celebrating today, I thought I’d share some healthier but still delicious pancake recipes with you, as well as a semi-waist-friendly drink recipe.
